Multi-byte Extension DLL

MBEX.DLL which are distributed in the archives of Corpus Wizard / Boreal / Dr.Count is designed to deal with the English texts on Japanese Windows. You cand use texts written in other languages than English. So please download the appropriate DLL from this page.
There are two versions because of the compiler. Please be careful!
